Ferrum Hausmann Chewable Tablets

Iron is a major component of hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body. Without enough iron, there aren't enough red blood cells to carry oxygen, leading to fatigue. Iron is also part of myoglobin, a protein specialized in carrying and storing oxygen in muscle tissue. Iron is important for healthy brain development and growth in children and for the proper production and function of various cells and hormones. Iron deficiency can lead to iron deficiency anemia.

Function
Ferrum Hausmann Chewable Tablets is a product containing iron as Iron(III)-Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex that provides iron supplementation for patients with iron deficiency and/or iron deficiency anemia. Each chewable tablet contains 100mg of iron.

Usage
Can be chewed and swallowed with water or swallowed whole with water. 100-300mg per day, as needed, in one or divided doses. Please use according to the product instructions on the packaging.

Hint:
– Iron supplements should be taken long-term until the body’s iron levels return to normal. Even if you feel well, don't just stop taking it.
– Consult your doctor or pharmacist when taking other iron supplements.

Who is not suitable for Ferrum Hausmann:
– Those who are allergic to ferric iron complexes, iron salts, or any components of their preparations
– People with iron overload
– People with non-iron deficiency anemia (eg vitamin B12 deficiency, hemolytic anemia)
