Return Policy:

We only accept product exchange for unopened packages and in a resellable condition.

We have a 7 days Product Exchange Policy. Please contact us within 7 days upon package receival via email or phone. We will send out a product exchange notification to you afterwards.

You may ship back the product to our office or make exchange in our retail store within 3 days after receiving our Product Exchange Confirmation Message. Shipping charges are responsible by customers. 

We do not accept refund under any circumstances.
