Effect
Suitable for children and adults. It can be used to cleanse and keep the nasal cavity moist and prevent allergy. It can clear or reduce nasal secretions and relieve nasal congestion. With drug treatment, the course of treatment can be shortened and recovery is accelerated. It contains a variety of trace elements, which have certain effects on the nasal cavity and the treatment of nasal diseases.

Ingredients
Each 100ml contains 31.82ml of seawater [equivalent to 0.9% salt], which contains a variety of trace elements, such as zinc, copper, manganese, iron, selenium, etc. No preservatives.

Instructions
Each nostril can be used 2-6 times a day.
1) Open the protective cover.
2) Gently apply the nozzle into the nostrils.
3) Gently press the sterimar sprayer with your index finger. If you experience nasal congestion and discomfort, you can press the sterimar for a few more seconds.
4) Wait for the excess water to flow out, and then exhale through the nose once.
5) Wash the nozzle with soapy water and dry it for use.
