Direction and Method of Usage:
1. Find the most uncomfortable or painful spot by pressing around the affected area with the magnetic roller.
2. Apply HERBALGY®TOUCH – COOL on the pain spot, press and massage for 1 – 2 minute(s), 2 – 3 times daily.
